From craving to domain
One day at college years many years ago I was craving for laksa and it was also the day that I was trying to come up with a name for a domain, for a class assignment..and now it seems I am again using the domain for another class assignmnet. Anyway, my appetite got the better of me and the name has stuck since that day. Many years later, I am still craving the dsh laksa. Having traveled extensively in the last 8 years, I often found, no matter where in the world I was, I was constantly craving for the dish. Other than in Malaysia, and Singapore, where you find the dish with no problems, I have also stumbled upon the dish in the village of Panajachel in Guatemala in a restaurant owned by a Malaysian lady who has transplanted herself there with her American husband. Here in the U.S. I have found the dish served up in New York City, Seattle, and Tucson. Australians I have met whist traveling have told me that it is a rather common dish down under. I am hoping to post locations of where I find laksa around the world as I travel some more. It will probably take a long time for the list to grow.
